Position Description

As an Executive Leadership Faculty – C Level , you will serve as an expert facilitator and learning partner for senior executives at the C-suite level, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other executive leaders.

In this role, you will design and adapt executive education content, deliver in-person and virtual learning experiences, lead highly practical workshops, and support executives through processes focused on strategic reflection, leadership development, and the enhancement of critical executive competencies.

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement and updating of learning materials, share best practices with AMA GLOBAL’s international faculty network, and participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness and organizational impact.

This is an external consultant opportunity based in Mexico ,



with a hybrid working model , including the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time and travel.

Requirements

- Proven experience in senior executive and C-level leadership positions , with the ability to translate real-world business experience, executive challenges, and best practices into impactful learning experiences.
- Advanced university education ( Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent ) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering,Finance or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive facilitation, mentoring, and executive coaching , with the ability to create high-trust environments that foster meaningful reflection, dialogue, and learning among senior leaders.
- Experience in instructional design, executive education program development, and the use of active learning methodologies , including experiential learning, case studies, simulations, and practical exercises.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills , including the ability to present confidently to senior audiences, articulate and defend ideas in complex business environments, facilitate diverse groups, and communicate fluently in English.
- Strong proficiency with digital tools and online learning platforms , together with the ability and willingness to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with international teams.
