Our multidisciplinary team of doctors, physical therapists, and specialists is committed to restoring mobility, relieving pain, and improving quality of life. We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to support our growing network of clinics.

Position Overview

The Finance Clerk is responsible for supporting the organization's financial and administrative operations by processing payments, verifying insurance benefits, maintaining patient records, and facilitating communication between clinics, patients, insurance providers, and other external parties.

Key Responsibilities

Payment Processing & Reconciliation

- Enter and process patient payments accurately, including checks, bank payments, and insurance payments.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Insurance Verification
- Verify patient health insurance benefits and coverage information.
- Communicate with necessary parties regarding insurance benefits.

Communication Coordination
- Facilitate communication between clinics, the company,



and other external parties.
- Manage and distribute incoming faxes.
- Monitor billing related emails and facilitate communication with the correct parties.
- Prepare and send lien documentation as required.

Patient Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files.
- Record payment transactions and account updates.
- Document communications with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
- Communicate with internal management around key dates in the patient journey.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with data entry and recordkeeping.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and patient information with discretion.
- Experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, or finance-related roles preferred.
