Financial Accountant

Experience

- Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance team.
- Oversee daily financial operations, reporting, and analysis.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.
- Work closely with Operations and other departments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide financial information and analysis to management.
- Management of company resources
- Maintain payments to suppliers and tax authorities
- Prepare budgets and funds

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.




- Previous experience in a Finance Supervisor or similar leadership position.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience with SAP and CONTPAQi
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Conversational English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
