About Our Client

Our client is a digital marketplace for adaptable workspaces, connecting businesses with professional workspace solutions across North America. The organization is investing in AI and product innovation to develop and scale new digital products.

- Build full-stack web applications and AI-enabled MVPs end-to-end, with a strong focus on backend development, including data models, integrations, and frontend implementation.

- Develop within a production environment based on PHP/Laravel and Vue.js, delivering robust and scalable web solutions.

- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot for code generation, scaffolding and review while ensuring quality, security and privacy.

- Own prototypes from initial product requirements through development, testing with real users and eventual handoff to the Engineering team.

- Apply strong UX judgment across user flows, interactions, edge cases, empty states and error states.

- Instrument prototypes using PostHog or equivalent analytics tools to measure adoption, conversion, usage and drop-off and support data-driven product decisions.

The Successful Applicant

- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience,



ideally within a total professional trajectory of approximately 5-8 years.

- Strong experience in full-stack and end-to-end web development, with particular expertise in PHP/Laravel, JavaScript and Vue.js.

- Experience developing or integrating AI capabilities into web applications, such as AI agents, chatbots or similar AI-enabled products.

- Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot.

- Experience with version control workflows, pull requests, feature flags, and preview environments.

- Proactive, autonomous and hands-on profile with strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable operating as an individual contributor.

- Experience taking products or MVPs from initial concept through development, testing and engineering handoff is highly valued.

- Experience across multiple programming languages and previous exposure to AI development, software development or digital transformation environments is highly valued.

- Advanced English - Mandatory.

- Availability to work under a hybrid model in Monterrey.
