About the Role

PlusPoint is building an international travel engine that opens the world to the social sector. Volunteers, partner NGOs and public clients gain access to affordable airfares, accessible travel solutions, hotels and car rentals. Each booking supports two goals at once: smarter travel for change-makers and sustainable funding for the mission.

To establish its official IATA agency accreditation, PlusPoint welcomes two certified GDS & Ticketing Specialists. This role offers the rare chance to shape a purpose-driven travel agency from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage flight bookings, reissues, refunds and ticketing via GDS for NGO operations, international volunteers and external clients
- Source and issue competitive fares, accommodation and ground travel packages
- Help build processes that meet IATA agency standards and support a smooth accreditation
- Contribute ideas for reliable, transparent and continuously improving travel workflows
- Collaborate remotely with a multicultural, mission-driven team

Qualifications





- Valid IATA / GDS certification (Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport/Galileo)
- Solid experience in ticketing, fare rules and reservation systems
- Business-fluent English; Spanish and other languages are a plus
- Structured, detail-focused and reliable working style
- Passion for humanitarian operations, volunteer logistics and ethical travel
