Flex is seeking a Maintenance Automation Engineer based in Guadalajara to support automated production lines, perform maintenance, and sustain automation programs across equipment.
You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, robotics, vision systems, and control networks; drive continuous improvement, support new equipment deployment, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality, Test Engineering, and Production. Some travel to other Flex sites may be required.
