About the Role

We are a boutique creative agency working with healthcare, senior care, and lifestyle clients. We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who can create polished, professional, on-brand designs across digital and print materials.

The idóneo candidate has a strong creative eye, excellent attention to detail, and advanced knowledge of professional graphic design software. You should be able to handle a high volume of design requests while maintaining quality, consistency, and accuracy across multiple brands.

This is not an entry-level design position. We need someone who understands professional graphic design, brand guidelines, typography, layout, and print production — not someone who relies primarily on ready-made templates.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media graphics, promotional flyers, posters, banners, signs, screensavers, and digital newsletters.
- Create visually appealing materials for healthcare, senior care, and lifestyle audiences.
- Develop branded templates, program toolkits, design systems, and visual guides.
- Adapt approved designs for multiple locations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Create layouts that are clear, readable, accessible, and visually engaging, particularly for older adults and their families.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, resolution, color settings, and bleed requirements.
- Follow brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, logos, spacing, and visual identity.
- Review all designs carefully for spelling, dates, names, alignment, and other details before delivery.




- Apply feedback accurately and consistently across all affected materials.
- Manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines while producing high-quality work at volume.
- Organize design files and deliver final assets in the correct formats for print and digital use.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency or fast-paced design environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Professional experience designing both digital and print materials.
- Practical knowledge of print production, including preparing press-ready files.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy, spacing, and visual communication.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting designs across multiple locations or business units.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn them into polished, effective designs.
- Ability to handle feedback, make accurate revisions, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating both social/digital design and print design.

Preferred: Experience with Figma, healthcare marketing, senior care, hospitality, lifestyle brands, or multi-location organizations.

- You struggle with typography, layout, brand consistency, or attention to detail.
- You have difficulty applying feedback accurately or meeting deadlines.
- You cannot provide a professional portfolio.
