Role Description The Head of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Monterrey, Actual Leon, NLE, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across design, manufacturing, installation, and project delivery. This role leads planning and execution for commercial kitchen and stainless steel projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. The Head of Operations supervises and guides cross-functional teams, coordinates resources, and manages production schedules to align with client commitments and organizational goals.





Daily responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, implementing process improvements, managing budgets and costs, and supporting project managers in resolving operational issues. The role also collaborates with senior leadership to develop operational strategies, maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous optimization of workflows and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and end-to-end project execution.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting operational data, identifying risks, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, and preparing clear reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated Budgeting skills for cost control, resource allocation, and financial planning within operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, foodservice equipment, or related industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business administration, or a related field; advanced studies are an asset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and ERP or operations software; familiarity with quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Monterrey, NL, NLE, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
