Onirius Capital is looking for a Hotel Asset Management Analyst to join our growing team in Mexico City. This is an opportunity for an early-career professional with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in hospitality, finance, and business strategy.

What you’ll work on:

Hotel Performance & Financial Analysis

- Analyze the financial and operational performance of hotel assets.
- Track hotel KPIs and identify performance trends.
- Support budgets, financial projections, and ongoing performance reporting.
- Consolidate and analyze operational and financial information.

Reporting & Automation

- Develop and improve analytical and reporting tools using Excel.
- Work with large datasets to identify insights and improve decision-making.
- Help automate and streamline reporting and analytical processes.
- Use tools such as Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA/macros.

Market Research & Benchmarking

- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking.
- Analyze market and industry trends relevant to hotel assets.
- Support the evaluation of asset and portfolio performance.

Asset Management & Investment Projects

- Support projects related to hotel asset management, development, and Branded Residences.
- Prepare presentations and analysis for owners, investors, and senior management.
- Work closely with senior professionals and decision-makers across the hospitality and real estate industries.

What we’re looking for:

- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration,



Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, database management, and data analysis.
- Experience with macros/VBA is highly valued.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
- Intermediate-advanced to advanced English, with the ability to work professionally in English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to work on-site in Mexico City.

Nice to have:

- Experience working with large datasets and developing tools to automate and improve processes.
- Knowledge of VBA/macros, Power Query, Power Pivot, or other data analysis and automation tools.
- Interest in real estate, investment, and the hospitality industry.
