ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to support the growth and transformation of an international organization with corporate and field operations.

This position requires a strong HR generalist background, the ability to influence senior leadership, and the expertise to establish effective people processes while maintaining close relationships with operational teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead HR strategy and organizational transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Design and manage compensation structures, job evaluations, salary bands, and performance management systems.
- Strengthen talent acquisition, employee development, career planning, and succession strategies.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations, payroll requirements, tax obligations, and STPS standards.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication between executive leadership and field-based employees.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10 years of solid experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR management roles.
- Proven experience working in BOTH Mexican and multinational organizations .
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation management, job evaluation, salary structures, and performance assessment.
- Hands-on experience across talent acquisition, organizational development,



and employee relations.
- Advanced knowledge of Mexican labor law, payroll administration, labor-related taxes, and STPS compliance.
- Proven ability to implement and improve comprehensive HR processes.
- Stable professional track record, including a minimum of four years of tenure in a previous organization.

MANDATORY EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources — REQUIRED.

MUST-HAVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Applicants MUST have direct professional experience in at least ONE of the following industries:

- Agricultural Gypsum and Soil Amendment Production
- Canned Foods and Preserves
- Livestock Ranching and Animal Production

IMPORTANT: Both the required postgraduate degree and relevant industry experience are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
