Cohen Immigration Law Group, P.C. is a growing immigration law firm led by a retired U.S. Immigration Judge, dedicated to guiding clients through the immigration system with clarity, compassion, and precision. We are seeking a polished, reliable, and client-focused Immigration Intake Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the firm.

Compensation:

$6 - $10 hourly

Responsibilities:

- This is remote full-time, 40-45 hours a week position
- Respond quickly to new immigration leads by phone, text, and email
- Conduct initial prospective client intake and gather relevant immigration history
- Manage and optimize the attorney consultation calendar
- Conduct consistent outbound follow-up with leads who have not yet responded
- Collect consultation payments through approved firm systems
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of every prospective-client interaction
- Properly categorize lost leads and document the reason they did not retain the firm
- Assist with incoming calls and overflow when needed
- Follow up with no-shows and unconverted leads
- Track daily activity and performance metrics
- Provide a daily KPI report
- Identify problems in the intake pipeline and suggest improvements
- Help develop scripts, workflows, questionnaires, follow-up sequences, and intake SOPs
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, reception staff, and management
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and prospective-client information

Qualifications:





- At least 2 years of immigration law firm intake experience
- Excellent spoken and written English

- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Confident and professional telephone presence
- Strong sales and client-service instincts

- Excellent listening skills
- Comfortable making repeated outbound follow-up calls
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Reliable computer and professional remote workspace
- Ability to work New York/Eastern Time hours
