Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse general clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

Qualifications

Required

•6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.





•Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.

•Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.

•Identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions.

•Advanced English level.

• Informatica Admin: Hands-on administration of Informatica IDMC/IICS, including CDI, Secure Agents, task flows, connections, and runtime environments

• Environment Management: Install, configure, patch, upgrade, monitor, and maintain development, test, and production environments

• Secure Agents : Install, configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and upgrade Secure Agents; manage agent groups and connectivity

• Security and access: Configure roles, permissions, user access, security domains, LDAP/Active Directory integration, certificates, and IP allow-listing

• Connectivity and integrations: Configure and troubleshoot JDBC, ODBC, Salesforce, S3, and secure database/application connectors

• Certificates: Renew and manage IICS Secure Agent service certificates and related platform certificates

•Troubleshooting and monitoring: Diagnose platform, agent, connectivity, taskflow, job-failure, performance, and SLA issues

•Linux and databases: Proficiency with Linux/Unix administration, shell commands, logs, processes, file systems, SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server

•Cloud platforms: Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure environments supporting data integration workloads

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Mexico at the time of hire; limited sponsorship may be available for this role based on business needs and applicable law.

Preferred

•Administration of Informatica PowerCenter, domains, repositories, integration services, and web services.

•Experience with highly available, multi-region, or disaster-recovery configurations.

•Automated Secure Agent deployment and lifecycle management.

•Specific experience with Axon and PowerCenter vulnerability management, remediation tracking,



and security scanning tools.

•CI/CD pipeline design, Git, automated testing, deployment validation, and rollback automation.

•Centralized observability using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.

•Enterprise IAM integration, SSO, MFA, privileged-access management, and security audit remediation.

•Advanced AWS/Azure networking, IAM, and security knowledge.

•Automation using shell scripting, Python, APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

•Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, enterprise monitoring, and ITIL operations.

•Informatica certifications or equivalent platform training.
