As a Project Manager - Senior Associate you will oversee client service workstreams within project portfolio management, coordinating schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder needs across strategic programs. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned work, guide junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while developing your personal brand and technical skills within our Strategy practice. In this role at PwC, you will support project planning, track progress against milestones, interpret feedback,



and use critical thinking to help teams navigate shifting priorities within our Managed Services and Strategic PMO Managed Services offering.

Responsibilities
- Managing project workstreams from planning through delivery across strategic PMO managed services engagements
- Developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and action trackers for assigned client work
- Coordinating project governance activities, including status reporting, issue tracking, and dependency management
- Analyzing project risks, control points, and scope changes to support timely decisions
- Preparing meeting materials, project documentation, and executive summaries for client and internal stakeholders
- Applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methods based on engagement needs
- Tracking budgets, resource assignments, and delivery progress across multiple concurrent initiatives
