We’re a International logistics company looking for a Bilingual IT Support Specialist! / IT Technician who is fluent in English to optimize our technology infrastructure and provide user support.

Essential Requirements:

- Education: Systems Engineering or related degree.

- Languages: Fluent in English at an advanced conversational level. Daily conversations and interviews in English are mandatory.

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a computer technician.

- Support and Maintenance: Experience in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of hardware, networking, and communication software.

- Telecommunications and Networks: Configuration of telephone lines, networks, telecommunications, DNS services, XAMPP localhost, hosting services, data recovery, databases, etc.

- Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Office).

- Operating Systems: Intermediate proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Mac, Novell, among others.

- Advanced Infrastructure: Advanced servers, switches, CCTV, computers, video walls, networking, and communications.

- Security: Data backup and recovery / Information security and data privacy.

- Cybersecurity: TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, VPNs, cyberattacks, and prevention.

- Support: User assistance and technical support.

Main Responsibilities:

- Set up workstations, local networks, and peripherals at various branch offices.





- Ensure optimal performance of hardware, software, and system security.

- Respond to technical support requests and provide timely guidance to internal users.

- Diagnose equipment failures, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage data backups.

We offer:

- Salary: Up to 30,000 MXN per month (nominal).

- Benefits: Above the legal minimum (major medical insurance, life insurance, savings plan, and a year-end bonus).

- Grocery vouchers: + 2,000 MXN per month.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (with occasional availability).

- Work location: Mexico City (In-situ, near the Angel of Independence) | Zapopan, Jal. (Andares Zone)

Sueldo: Hasta $30,000.00 al mes
