Overview The Influencer Marketing Specialist will support the execution and growth of influencer and creator marketing initiatives for our beauty and cosmetics portfolio in Mexico. This role is highly execution-oriented and will be responsible for identifying relevant creators, managing outreach and relationships, coordinating campaigns, negotiating rates, monitoring content delivery, and tracking campaign performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with operational discipline, attention to detail and a solid understanding of the Mexican creator ecosystem.

RESPONSABILITIES

- Identify and scout relevant influencers, KOLs and content creators across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
- Build and maintain a qualified creator database.
- Conduct creator outreach, follow-ups and relationship management.
- Support rate and deliverable negotiations.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, product seeding, gifting and content deliveries.
- Monitor creator content against campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
- Track campaign deliverables, deadlines and payments.
- Support campaign performance reporting.
- Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, views, CTR and conversions.
- Collaborate with Brand, E-commerce, Content and Marketing teams.
- Identify emerging creators and trends within the Mexican beauty ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Marketing, Social Media, PR, Creator Marketing or related areas.
- Experience working with influencers or content creators in Mexico.
- Beauty, cosmetics,



skincare or FMCG experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or related fields.
- Proficiency in English is required (minimum B2 level) with strong verbal communication skills for direct interactions.
- Independent handle with contracts/agreements, image rights and campaign deliverables.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Mexico City.

- Sharp communication skills to build authentic, long-term direct relationships with creators and managers without relying on third-party agencies.
