Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechatronic or electrical preferred.

Hard Skills

Experience of 2-3 years related working experience.

Good in English, both verbal and written.

Electric and pneumatic schematics reading skill.

Knowledge on mechanical design or electric control software.

Electric supply knowledge.

Sensor’s knowledge.

PLC knowledge.

**Responsibilities:

- Participate in the formulation, implementation and continuous optimization of preventive maintenance plans for equipment and tooling.
- Responsible for equipment troubleshooting and lessons learned.
- Ensure MTTR, MTBF and EOR reach the target.
- Be responsible for spare parts management, formulate spare parts and tools procurement standards and plans, and control the spare parts inventory within a reasonable range.
- Participate in the standardization of maintenance documents. Record, count, analyze and archive, as Equipment Maintenance Checklist,



PLC program files, etc.
- Work in continuous improvement projects to increase equipment efficiency.
- Participate in the allocation of maintenance personnel and assign maintenance and repair tasks as required.
- Participate in training and evaluating the skills of maintenance personnel and assist them to improve their efficiency and skills.
- Organize and participate in equipment development, commissioning and installation acceptance of facilities, equipment and tooling. Supervise and manage the operation of external personnel.
- Participate in hazard source assessment of production equipment and formulate management plan. Supervise and inspect the implementation of employees safe operation to ensure that the equipment is in safe production state.
- Apply and continuously improve EAM equipment management system.
- The working capability must meet the specific requirements of the client.
- Take management responsibility defined by relevant IOS document as well as the
- IATF16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standards. Ensure Effective Operation of IOS documentation and continuously improve relevant process and their application of IOS documentation internal.
