MaxTrans Logistics is U.S.-based transportation and logistics company that provides freight solutions across the United States. From our Mérida office, our teams support different areas of the business, combining logistics operations with functions such as Human Resources, Data Management, and IT.
Our internship program is designed to give university students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience, develop valuable skills, and understand how different departments work together to support a growing logistics company.

Responsibilities will vary depending on the department. Our goal is to provide meaningful projects and tasks that allow you to apply what you’re learning at university while developing skills that will support your future career.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a university degree related to the area of interest
- Intermediate to advanced spoken English; C1 preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Interest in using AI tools and other software to improve productivity and support daily work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment
Previous logistics experience is not required. Each department may have additional preferred skills or academic requirements depending on the internship. Our Recruiting team will provide more information about the specific opportunity during the initial conversation.
