Role Description The IT Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciudad Juárez, CHH. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to end users, including installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripherals, and related software.

The IT Support Specialist will respond to help desk requests, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems when needed. The role includes monitoring system performance, applying basic network and security best practices, and documenting support activities and solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication with users are essential to ensure reliable IT operations that support Tecma’s manufacturing and shelter services.

Qualifications

- Strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to assist end users and resolve service requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and working with Desktop Computers,



including hardware, operating systems, and common business applications.
- Foundational knowledge of Information Technology concepts, such as networks, user account management, and basic security practices.
- Experience with ticketing systems, incident documentation, and following structured support procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users and collaborate with IT and operations teams.
- Relevant education or certification in IT (e.g., technical diploma, associate degree, CompTIA A+ or similar) is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple support requests on-site.
