IT Support Technician

About the Role:

A leading general supply chain solutions company is seeking an IT Technician to join its Technology and Infrastructure team.

Role Objective:

To ensure operational continuity, oversee technological infrastructure management, maintain networks and servers, and provide comprehensive technical support to users and facilities.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field (Degree required / completed).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT technical support and technology infrastructure management.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory / Required).
- Mobility: Availability to travel to two warehouses located in the State of Mexico, in addition to the headquarters in CDMX.
- Strong knowledge of the operation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, hardware, and software.
- Proficiency in network administration, connectivity, VPNs, Firewalls, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Server administration experience (Windows and Linux), data backup management, and disaster recovery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, OneDrive, and Office Suite).
- Desirable: Experience supporting multi-site environments, CCTV systems, Video Walls, DNS management, Hosting, and network monitoring.

- Monthly Salary: Up to $30,000 MXN gross (commensurate with experience and skills).
