Requirements

- Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish.




- Must be able to pass an English evaluation and score at least B2.
- Must be able to pass a technical evaluation.
- Must have basic abilities to handle a computer, Be familiar with Windows 11, Microsoft office, mobile devices
- Scheduling availability
- The field of study aligned with Technology or Customer Service (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, International affairs) along with the above requirements
- SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Power Apps knowledge.
- Nice to have familiarity with PowerBi.

Qualifications.

- Fluent communication
- Be able to work on group set ups
- Comprehensive reading and instruction following
- Documentation of activities and log of activities
