We are seeking a Lead Front-End Developer with deep React expertise to craft responsive, accessible web experiences while defining engineering standards and guiding teammates. You will collaborate with cross-functional peers and integrate GenAI into daily delivery to boost speed and quality. Apply to help create meaningful impact!

Responsibilities

- Build responsive, user-friendly web applications with high accessibility standards
- Create reusable frontend libraries and frameworks to boost scalability and maintainability
- Drive technical decisions for UI implementation, performance, and long-term code health
- Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive interfaces
- Convert UI/UX wireframes into high-quality React and JavaScript code and share design feedback
- Guide junior developers on best practices, coding standards, and career growth
- Run code reviews to raise quality, consistency, and team learning
- Tune application performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions




- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure cross-browser and cross-device stability
- Apply unit and end-to-end testing to reduce regressions and increase reliability
- Work with QA to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects before releases
- Embed GenAI tools in daily workflows and validate outputs against data and quality constraints
- Advance continuous improvement by assessing new frontend practices and GenAI-enabled delivery methods

Requirements

- 5+ years of front-end development background in JavaScript and React
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring developers and driving team alignment (1+ years)
- Hands-on expertise in designing reusable UI architectures and scalable component libraries
- Strong competency in code reviews with clear, constructive feedback and quality standards
- Solid proficiency in project execution across product, design, backend engineering, and QA
- Strong skills in performance optimization for fast load times and smooth interactions
- Hands-on qualifications in testing, including unit testing and end-to-end testing practices
- Strong capability to debug across browsers and devices with a stability-first mindset
- Applied skills in Generative AI,



using GenAI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and code generation
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering for iterative, production-grade outputs
- Practical understanding of AI risks, covering hallucinations, context limits, and data sensitivity validation
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

- Knowledge of AI security fundamentals, including prompt injection risks and data classification handling
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity & Trust practices relevant to secure frontend delivery
- Background in GenAI application development, connecting GenAI tools to APIs and internal data sources
- Showcase of GenAI in SDLC, building reusable prompts, agent workflows, or automation templates
