Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work. As an AI Engineer at Blacksmith, you own and ship our internal automation roadmap and build production systems on top of LLMs.
You will partner with engineering and delivery leadership to translate a documented roadmap into shipped, working automation workflows, not a research project. This is a builder role requiring hands-on implementation.
