We are looking for an LTL Billing Specialist with hands-on experience in transportation billing and rebilling to support a North American logistics operation.

Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LTL billing or rebilling .
- 3+ years of LTL billing/rebilling experience preferred .
- Strong understanding of the LTL shipment and billing cycle .
- Experience reviewing carrier invoices against quotes, rates and shipment documentation.
- Knowledge of freight classification, weights, dimensions and accessorial charges .
- Experience investigating and disputing billing discrepancies.
- Familiarity with TMS, billing systems or carrier portals .
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication .
- Ability to manage multiple cases and follow up consistently.
What You'll Do
- Review carrier invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate rebills and additional charges .
- Validate shipment information, rates and supporting documentation.
- Dispute incorrect carrier charges.
- Explain additional charges to customers clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, Operations and Billing to resolve exceptions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for every case.
