Zensar is seeking a few experienced Manual Test Engineer – CPQ / eCommerce with one of the below domain experience testing CPQ or eCommerce applications (quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, pricing, cart and checkout flows). This is remote in Mexico.

Role summary:

Own the functional quality of the Commerce CPQ Web Portal through thorough manual testing of configuration, pricing, quoting and ordering flows. You will use AI assistants such as Copilot or Cursor to design test cases, generate test data and analyze defects faster, so releases reach production with confidence.

Key responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and user stories for (CPQ / eCommerce Trainable skills) features and identify test scenarios, edge cases and risks.
- Design, write and execute test cases for functional, integration, regression, system and end-to-end testing.




- Test core quote-to-order flows: product configuration, pricing and discount rules, quote creation and versioning, deal approvals, order submission and downstream integrations.
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor or equivalent) to generate test scenarios from user stories, build test data, summarize defects and draft test reports; review all AI output for accuracy and coverage.
- Test REST APIs with Postman or Swagger and validate backend data with SQL queries.
- Log, track and retest defects in Jira or ALM with clear reproduction steps, evidence and severity.
- Maintain the regression suite and the requirement-to-test traceability matrix.
- Support UAT with business users and provide go / no-go input for releases.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and work closely with developers and Business Analysts.

Must-have skills

- 2–4 years of manual testing on web-based enterprise applications.
- At least 2 years testing CPQ or eCommerce applications (quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, pricing, cart and checkout flows).
- Strong grasp of STLC, SDLC, test design techniques (boundary value, equivalence partitioning, decision tables) and defect life cycle.
- API testing with Postman or similar.
- SQL for data validation (joins, aggregations, sub-queries).
- Test management and defect tools: Jira, Zephyr, Xray, qTest or HP ALM.
- Mandatory: hands-on use of GitHub Copilot, Cursor or an equivalent AI assistant for test case design, test data creation or test documentation in real project work.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.

Good to have:

- Basic automation exposure (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and willingness to grow into automation.
- Cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Basic performance or security testing awareness (JMeter, OWASP).
- ISTQB Foundation certification.
- Exposure to Angular / Java-based applications and microservices architecture .

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
