Manual Test Engineer – CPQ / eCommerce

Job Overview

We are looking for a Manual Test Engineer with experience in CPQ, eCommerce, Quote-to-Cash, or Order-to-Cash applications to support the functional quality of a Cisco Commerce CPQ Web Portal.

The adecuado candidate will have strong manual testing experience across web-based enterprise applications, including configuration, pricing, quoting, ordering, API testing, and database validation .

Experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI assistants is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and user stories to identify test scenarios, edge cases, and potential risks.
- Design, document, and execute test cases for functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing .
- Test quote-to-order processes, including:
- Product configuration
- Pricing and discount rules
- Quote creation and versioning
- Deal approvals
- Order submission
- Downstream integrations
- Use GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent AI tools to assist with test case creation, test data generation, defect analysis, and test documentation.
- Review AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper test coverage.
- Perform REST API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Validate backend data using SQL queries , including joins, aggregations, and sub-queries.
- Log, track, and retest defects using Jira, ALM, or similar tools , with clear reproduction steps, evidence, and severity.




- Maintain regression test suites and requirement-to-test traceability.
- Support UAT activities with business users and provide input for go/no-go release decisions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 2–6 years of hands-on manual testing experience on web-based enterprise applications.
- At least 2 years of experience testing CPQ or eCommerce applications .
- Experience with Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, pricing, cart, checkout, or ordering workflows .

- Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools .
- Strong SQL skills for data validation.
- Experience with test management/defect tracking tools such as:
- Jira
- Zephyr
- Xray
- qTest
- HP ALM
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or an equivalent AI assistant for test case design, test data creation, or test documentation in a real project.
- Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have
- Basic automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright .
- Willingness to develop automation testing skills.
- Experience with cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Basic knowledge of performance or security testing, including JMeter or OWASP .
- ISTQB Foundation certification.
- Exposure to Angular and Java-based applications .
- Understanding of microservices architecture .

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
