- Exchange Online: mailboxes, permissions, mail flow rules, connectors, transport troubleshooting (required)
- Message trace and delivery failure diagnosis
- Teams administration: policies, channel and guest access, meeting settings
- SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration (required)
- Advanced SharePoint permissioning: inheritance breaks, site vs library vs item scope, group-driven access, external sharing controls (required)

Endpoint management

- Intune: compliance policies, configuration profiles, app assignment, Autopilot (required)
- macOS MDM administration: Jamf, Mosyle, Kandji, or Intune for Mac (required)
- macOS package deployment and app lifecycle management (required)
- Apple Business Manager enrollment and VPP app distribution

Preferred skills and experience

Azure infrastructure

- Azure administration at AZ-104 depth (required)
- RBAC: role assignment, scope hierarchy, least-privilege review





Identity

- Entra ID administration: users, groups, dynamic membership, licensing
- Conditional Access policy management, scoping, exclusions, break-glass accounts (required)
- Sign-in log and audit log troubleshooting
- MFA method management and reset workflows
- Entra Connect / Cloud Sync, hybrid identity troubleshooting
- Enterprise app SSO assignment and troubleshooting

Scripting

- PowerShell for administration: Microsoft Graph SDK, Exchange Online module
- Bulk changes and reporting across users, mailboxes, and devices

Networking and adjacent

- DNS, DHCP, and certificate basics
- SMB firewalls: Meraki, Fortinet, SonicWall
- VPN and remote access support
- Windows Server and Active Directory fundamentals

Certifications

- AZ-104 (preferred)
- SC-300, MD-102 (preferred)
- CCNA, CCNP
