Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are looking for an Oracle US Payroll Consultant to join our Nearshore Center at Randstad Mexico.

Responsabilidades o actividades

Management of Year-End and periodic payroll closes Configuration of Payroll Modules (including Tax Reporting Units setup). Designing, creating, and updating Fast Formulas for complex payroll calculations. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for payroll reconciliation

Requisitos o experiencia

7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll (Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion or Oracle EBS), with a focus on US Payroll.

Habilidades

In-depth knowledge of Calculation Cards and Tax Reporting Units. Configuration of Elements and custom tax setups Solid understanding of US federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as Year-End processes
