We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Verification Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying driver and carrier documentation during the onboarding process, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and compliant with company requirements. The idóneo candidate is organized, thorough, and comfortable working with insurance documents and digital tracking tools.

You will play a key role in keeping our onboarding process efficient and our records reliable.

Responsibilities

- Review and verify driver information submitted for onboarding.
- Verify carrier packets are complete and include all required documents.
- Review commercial insurance Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to confirm they meet company requirements.
- Verify insurance policy effective and expiration dates, coverage, and other required information.
- Confirm driver information matches across all submitted documents and company records.
- Identify missing, expired, or inconsistent documentation and follow up with drivers.




- Maintain accurate driver and carrier records and update verification statuses in Monday.com and/or Google Sheets.
- Escalate questionable or incomplete documentation to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, International Relations, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in logistics or warehouse operations (preferred).
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes within the supply chain.
- Understanding of transportation operations and freight management systems (a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
