We are seeking motivated final-year students to join our Order Management team in Guadalajara. This voluntary internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global order-to-cash environment supporting international clients. As an intern at Genpact, you will work on real processes that impact our business, build practical order management skills, and prepare for a potential full-time career after graduation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the review of customer purchase order inflow from email and order queues
- Assist in creating and validating orders in the ERP system within target timelines
- Verify order details such as product code, quantity, unit of measure, delivery address, and requested delivery date




- Help prepare and send order confirmation emails to customers
- Support the review of order blocks and follow up with internal teams to resolve them
- Assist with customer and internal query resolution
- Help prepare out-of-stock notifications and basic order reports
- Support delivery appointment scheduling in carrier portals
- Participate in continuous improvement activities

Qualifications
- Final-year bachelor’s student with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or January 2027 in business administration, international business, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
