Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM–7:30 PM U.S. Eastern Time
Compensation: MX$25,000–MX$40,000+ per month
Paid: Weekly in MXN
About the Position
Field Ready Connect is looking for motivated, confident, and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our outbound sales team.
You’ll make outbound calls to U.S. homeowners, handle objections, qualify opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our field sales representatives.
You are not responsible for closing the roofing sale. Your focus is creating strong conversations and setting legitimate, qualified appointments.
What We’re Looking For
- C1 English or equivalent professional fluency
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Sales or outbound calling experience
- Confident communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and performance goals
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
