Position Overview:

At Trukcargo LLC we’re seeking a Freight Operations Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for students in their last semesters of university who want to gain hands-on experience in the logistics and freight industry. You will support our operations team in managing ground transportation for domestic and cross-border shipments, while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the coordination and monitoring of truckload shipments (domestic, import/export, cross-border).

- Assist with tracking and updating shipment status, maintaining communication with customers and drivers.

- Help prepare and manage transportation documentation, including customs requirements when applicable.

- Provide support in handling operational issues and proposing quick, effective solutions.

- Collaborate on performance reporting and service level compliance.

Requirements:





- Student in the last semesters of International Business, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.

- Intermediate English level (written and spoken).

- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
