TCS is seeking an experienced Program Manager (Investment Operations) to support enterprise transformation, technology delivery, and operational excellence within a integral financial services environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (Investment Operations) to lead complex business and transformation initiatives within Investment Operations. The role focuses on program delivery, stakeholder management, change adoption, and driving strategic outcomes across Asset Management and Financial Services organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs and business initiatives.
- Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, governance, and status reporting.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
- Support change management, adoption, and communication activities.
- Translate business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate with senior leaders to ensure successful program execution and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Management Consulting.




- Strong experience leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
- Good understanding of Asset Management, Capital Markets, Financial Services, or Investment Operations.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive business outcomes.
- Experience in project planning, dependency management, risk management, and governance.
- Strong consulting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with technology-enabled transformation initiatives, including data, platforms, automation, and operational improvements.
- Experience with change management and executive stakeholder engagement.
