TCS is seeking an experienced Program Manager (Legal & Compliance) to support enterprise transformation, technology delivery, and operational excellence within a global financial services environment.

The Program Manager (Legal & Compliance) will focus on delivering enterprise-wide programs, managing senior stakeholders, driving change initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of complex regulatory and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale Legal and Compliance programs from planning through execution.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
- Partner with senior business leaders, compliance teams, technology teams, and vendors.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate steering committee and working group discussions.
- Lead change management and communication activities across integral teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business and regulatory objectives.
- Ensure successful adoption of technology and AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of Project Management experience and 3+ years of Program Management experience.
- Experience delivering complex programs within Legal, Compliance,



Technology, or AI domains.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Vendor management and third-party partnership experience.
- Strong risk management, governance, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide outcomes.

Location Mexico City, Queretaro, Guadalajara or Monterrey.
