We're looking for a Project Manager who can lead process improvement efforts, connect business needs with technical solutions, and help stakeholders enhance workflows and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

- Create clear, detailed business process flows for translation into technical requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to gather, clarify, and confirm process requirements
- Map out current and future state processes while pinpointing gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Document process improvement opportunities and flag potential issues within existing workflows
- Measure improvement opportunities and recommend tracking mechanisms when applicable
- Produce technical documentation and standard operating procedures to support process execution and rollout
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvement initiatives are delivered on time
- Build wireframe models that visualize solutions informed by user feedback
- Draft test cases to confirm process implementation aligns with business needs




- Establish data quality KPIs along with corresponding reporting mechanisms
- Track project progress and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in project management or business process roles, including exposure to continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Looker / Looker Studio, and BigQuery
- Background in creating BPMN process flows
- Solid analytical, communication, and documentation abilities
- Experience applying process mapping and KPIs within data governance contexts
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher

- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies such as Prosci
