Kyungshin Cable Mexico is a company specialized in the manufacturing of automotive wiring harnesses and electrical components, supporting the automotive industry through high-quality manufacturing processes and general standards.

We are currently looking for a Junior Purchasing Analyst to join our Purchasing team in Gómez Palacio, Durango.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates who are interested in developing their professional career within the Purchasing and automotive manufacturing environment.

The position will support daily purchasing activities, supplier follow-up, purchase orders, quotations, documentation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure materials and services are available according to operational requirements.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and analytical candidate with strong communication skills and an interest in learning and developing within the Purchasing area.

Location: Gómez Palacio, Durango, Mexico

Work arrangement: On-site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the Purchasing team with daily operational and administrative activities.
- Create, update, and follow up on purchase orders.
- Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers.
- Maintain purchasing records, documentation, and supplier information.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery dates, and pending orders.
- Support price comparisons and quotation analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements and material/service needs.
- Follow up on purchase requisitions and ensure proper documentation.
- Support supplier evaluation and purchasing reports.
- Maintain accurate information in internal systems and databases.
- Assist with the preparation and monitoring of Purchasing KPIs.




- Support the resolution of issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, or supplier documentation.
- Perform other activities related to the Purchasing department as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- 0–1 year of professional experience; previous internship or trainee experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Interest in developing a career within Purchasing / Supply Chain.
- Intermediate English preferred; conversational English is a plus.
- Availability to work on-site in Gómez Palacio, Durango.

Sueldo: $10,000.00 - $10,400.00 al mes
