QA Engineer – AI Agent & Automation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI Agent-driven workflows and data-driven applications.

You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, evaluating AI Agent behavior, and leveraging AI tools to improve and automate the QA process.

Responsibilities

- Design and execute functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Test and evaluate AI Agents and agent-driven workflows.
- Use AI tools to automate test case generation and execution.
- Identify, document, and track defects and unexpected AI behavior.
- Work with developers and product teams to improve product quality.
- Create and maintain Golden Sets for AI Agent evaluation.
- Analyze test results and contribute to QA and AI evaluation best practices.

Qualifications

- Professional experience as a QA Engineer / Software QA Engineer.
- Experience with test automation and testing web applications, APIs, and/or data-driven applications.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for test generation or test automation.
- Familiarity with AI Agent Evaluation Frameworks and AI/LLM-powered applications.
- Experience creating or maintaining Golden Sets or evaluation datasets.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar is a plus.




- Programming/scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional environment.
