We are seeking a Quality Engineer II to join our team and drive key quality initiatives that support compliance, continuous improvement, and product excellence.

This role is designed for professionals with 2 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering who are passionate about solving problems, improving processes, and contributing to products that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support quality planning and process improvement activities.
- Participate in internal audits and quality data analysis.
- Develop, review, and maintain quality procedures and documentation.
- Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret data.
- Support risk management activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Process Improvement.
- Advanced English is required.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Process Improvement.
- Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics.
- Familiarity with data analysis and problem-solving tools.
- Understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
