Required Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation or Industrial Engineering, International Business, Logistics or related field.

- Microsoft Office - advanced.

- English - advanced.

- - 5 years of experience in related areas, working in the automotive industry, rail, OEM, auto parts, ports, etc.

Main Responsibilities

- Perform and oversee quality inspections of vehicles throughout yard, port, loading, unloading, transportation and dispatch operations.

- Monitor compliance with quality, safety and operational standards, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement.





- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA) using quality tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa and Pareto analysis.

- Conduct customer audits, quality reviews and investigations, addressing complaints and implementing actions to reduce vehicle damage, defects and rework.

- Document and report vehicle quality conditions, preparing daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports, incident tracking and improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with Operations, Yard Management, Transportation, Port Personnel and customers to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent service standards.
