We are seeking five (5) Remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialists to help expand our property portfolio in the California market. You can work from anywhere in the world!In this role, your primary focus is to analyze properties, engage with leads, and submit formal purchase offers.

- Base Pay: $6 USD per submitted offer (Terms and restrictions apply).
- $6 USD per established agent relationship.
- $10 USD per scheduled property visit (open houses do not count).
- Terms and restrictions apply.
- Closing Bonus: $1,000 USD bonus for every offer you place that successfully closes escrow!

Key Responsibilities




- Identify and analyze potential property investment opportunities in California.
- Use the FlipIQ app to manage leads, evaluate deals, and submit formal purchase offers.
- Communicate with property owners and agents professionally in English.
- Meet daily/weekly offer submission targets.
- Attend ongoing training sessions to sharpen your real estate acquisition skills.

Requirements
- Language: Native or near-native English proficiency (written and spoken) is strictly required.
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a functional computer.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and self-motivation skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in wholesaling, cold calling, or US real estate is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and navigate real estate apps quickly (FlipIQ).

Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
