Your mission, roles and responsibilities

General Objective of the Position
Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the efficient execution of production operations within the assigned area, guaranteeing compliance with the organization's safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives through the effective management of human resources, materials, and equipment, while promoting continuous improvement and adherence to FES standards. Additionally, ensure fulfillment of the production plan (volume and mix) through the supervision and leadership of operational personnel, guaranteeing the manufacture of products according to quality specifications, customer requirements, and safety standards, contributing to the achievement of plant performance indicators. Main Responsabilities Attend the shift start-up meeting (Top 5 Meeting).Comply with internal work regulations, the 7 Mandatory Safety Rules, the 13 Logistics Safety Rules, and all company policies.Ensure compliance with the production plan (volume and mix) and accurate SAP reporting.Verify operators follow Standardized Work and achieve the defined cycle time.Ensure compliance with the 8 Quality Basics and maintain zero customer complaints.Lead KATA and QRCI activities within the area.Comply with the Supervisor Routine and support GAP Leaders.Ensure team training and development.Manage payroll records and submit supporting documentation on time.Lead Hoshin activities to improve operational performance.Apply the disciplinary process consistently.Manage overtime services according to established procedures.Comply with the Faurecia Excellence System standards.Maintain 5S standards in the work area.}Attend required training and apply acquired knowledge.Follow the Code of Ethics and report any violations. Minimum education level:
Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field (degree completed or in progress).
Professional Experience:
2 years in industry, preferably in a similar position or roles involving team leadership.
Manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry.
Production schedule compliance.
Line balancing.
Production KPI monitoring.
Required Knowledge and Skills Problem-solving and analysis tools (KATA/QRCI, 5W, 8D, etc.).
