We are looking for an experienced High-Volume Recruiter who knows how to find, contact, screen, and recruit workers remotely, with proven recruiting experience in the New Jersey or New York labor market.

You will recruit hourly and field workers for multiple projects, sometimes needing 20–30 or more workers on short notice.

This is not a general recruiting position. We need someone who knows where to find local workers, how to reach them, and how to build a reliable pipeline before urgent staffing needs arise.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit 20–30+ workers for projects across New Jersey and/or New York.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, Facebook groups, databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available local workers.
- Screen candidates for experience, availability, reliability, and work history.
- Confirm location, transportation, and ability to travel to job sites when required.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and follow up to confirm availability.
- Keep candidate records organized and updated.
- Maintain backup candidates for last-minute staffing needs and cancellations.
- Fill multiple project staffing requests quickly and consistently.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Proven experience with high-volume recruiting and remote candidate sourcing.
- Direct experience recruiting workers in New Jersey or New York is required.
- Knowledge of local job boards, online communities, worker networks,



and referral channels.
- Experience recruiting hourly, cleaning, construction, hospitality, warehouse, event, or general labor workers.
- Strong candidate screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to recruit dozens of workers under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and experience managing candidate databases.
- Resourcefulness and persistence — you know how to find candidates instead of simply posting jobs and waiting.

Who We Are Looking For We need a recruiter who can work remotely from Latin America but already understands the New Jersey or New York labor market.

You should know how to identify local candidates, reach them through effective sourcing channels, and maintain an active pool of qualified workers.

When we need 30 workers for a project, you should know where to start and how to recruit quickly without building the pipeline from scratch.

General recruiting experience without New Jersey or New York market knowledge will not be sufficient.
