You will have the opportunity to strengthen your sourcing expertise, learn new recruiting strategies, take on increasing responsibility, and grow with the organization.
What You’ll Do
Candidate Sourcing
- Proactively identify candidates through LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build targeted candidate lists based on defined skills, experience, location, and other position requirements.

- Contact qualified candidates using approved outreach messaging.
- Follow up consistently and maintain accurate outreach activity in the ATS.
- Confirm basic qualifications and candidate interest before referring profiles to recruiters.
- Maintain professional and timely communication throughout the initial candidate engagement process.
Sourcing Strategy & Market Feedback
- Test different search methods, sourcing channels, and outreach approaches.
- Identify companies, talent pools, and channels that produce relevant candidates.
- Adjust sourcing strategies based on recruiter feedback and search results.
- Share market insights, including common candidate backgrounds, skill gaps,
response rates, and recurring concerns.
- Flag when a defined profile is difficult to find or when sourcing efforts are not producing the expected results.
Pipeline & ATS Management
- Maintain complete and accurate candidate records and sourcing activity in the ATS.
- Check for existing candidate records before contacting potential candidates.
- Keep candidate pipelines organized so recruiters can easily review and manage them.
- Monitor sourcing activity and follow up on outstanding actions.
What You’ll Bring Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Strong research, candidate identification, and online search skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong written communication and follow-up skills.
- A curious, adaptable mindset and an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to receive feedback and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Interest in growing within talent acquisition and recruiting operations.
Relevant experience may include candidate sourcing, recruiting support, talent research, recruitment marketing, sales prospecting, lead generation, market research, or other work involving targeted searches, outreach, and pipeline management.
What We Offer

qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
Additional Benefits

Success in This Role
- High-volume and priority searches maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Candidate pipelines are targeted rather than simply large.
- Recruiters receive profiles that align with the defined requirements.
- Outreach activities and candidate records are consistently maintained in the ATS.
- Sourcing strategies improve based on feedback and results.
- Market challenges and pipeline risks are identified and communicated proactively.
- You progressively take greater ownership of sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
