We're looking for a highly organized, driven, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator who thrives on keeping projects moving, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring teams.

What You'll Do

✅ Coordinate interviews and create a seamless candidate experience

✅ Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes moving efficiently

✅ Track feedback, follow-ups, documentation, and offer processes

✅ Manage recruiting trackers, schedules, deadlines, and operational workflows

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders across Mexico and the United States

✅ Identify process improvements and help scale recruiting operations as the company grows

✔ Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn

✔ Experience in project coordination, operations, administration, recruiting support, or similar environments is a plus
