Field Ready Connect is looking for experienced, high-performing outbound appointment setters who can step into a fast-paced homeowner campaign and produce.

This is not an entry-level customer service role. Proven cold-calling and appointment-setting experience is required.

You're likely a strong fit if you:

· Have real outbound cold-calling or appointment-setting experience

· Have worked in roofing, solar, home improvement, HVAC, windows/doors, pest control, or a similar homeowner-focused campaign

· Know how to use a CRM and dialer

· Are confident handling objections

· Are comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

· Are used to working toward daily and weekly KPIs

· Are confident speaking with homeowners and asking for the appointment

· Are competitive, coachable, reliable, and performance-driven

If your background is mainly inbound customer service or non-sales call center work, this role is likely not a match.

What You'll Be Doing

· Making high-volume outbound calls

· Speaking directly with homeowners

· Building interest quickly

· Handling objections professionally

· Setting qualified appointments

· Confirming the appropriate decision-makers





· Updating CRM records accurately

· Working inside a dialer and lead-management system

· Meeting daily and weekly performance expectations

Your job is simple: create a quality conversation, build enough interest, and earn the appointment.

Compensation

$7.00 per hour | 40 hours per week

Plus appointment-based and performance incentives.

$200 New-Hire Performance Bonus available after the first two weeks for candidates who meet established new-hire performance expectations.

Full incentive details are reviewed during the interview process.

Technical Requirements

· Laptop or desktop computer

· Windows 10 or newer

· i3 processor or better

· 8 GB RAM or higher

· USB headset

· Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload

· Reliable internet connection

Ethernet is strongly recommended. Two monitors are preferred.
