About us: Besaw Property Solutions is a small, growing US real estate investment company. We buy houses directly from homeowners who need a fast, simple sale. We're fully remote and always honest with the people we call. We want a cold caller who will grow with us.

The role: Call homeowners from our prepared lists in US markets, starting with Cleveland, Ohio. Find out whether they'd consider selling, then pass interested sellers to our acquisitions manager by live transfer or booked appointment. You won't negotiate, quote prices or send texts.

What you'll do

- Dial from our CRM (DataSift) and dialer (smrtPhone), working up to 300–400 dials a day after training
- Ask simple questions: plans for the property, why, timeline, condition
- Live-transfer interested sellers or book appointments
- Write a short note on every call and post an end-of-day report in Slack

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM in the US market's local time: 8 paid hours plus an unpaid lunch hour. For Ohio, that's 8 AM–5 PM Mexico City time (9 AM–6 PM in winter).

Pay

- Up to $1,200 USD/month base, depending on experience
- + $25 per shown appointment or vetted live transfer
- + $250 per funded contract

Requirements

- Clear, confident spoken English
- Cold calling, phone sales, appointment setting or call center experience (real estate is a plus)
- Internet of 25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up (wired preferred), a USB headset, a quiet room and a computer
- Coachable, thick-skinned and honest
