A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Retail Implementation Specialist to deliver retail software implementations for customers across Mexico and Latin America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote and based in Monterrey, with regular travel to customer sites.

What you will do

- Configure and roll out retail planning, allocation and replenishment software from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
- Own implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
- Turn merchandising and inventory requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
- Run customer workshops, training sessions and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.




- Support data onboarding, testing and post-go-live adoption.

What you bring

- Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
- A record of delivering retail technology or SaaS implementations at customer sites.
- Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move projects forward without a large team.
- Fluent Spanish with good working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Comfort working as an individual contributor and travelling regularly.
