Job Overview

Our client is looking for a quota-driven Sales Agent to own the full sales cycle for inbound leads generated through Google and local service ads, converting inquiries into confirmed orders while building lasting customer relationships. In addition to driving sales, you will serve as the main point of contact for converted clients, handling order modifications, scheduling moves, and coordinating pickups. You will manage lead flow, collect payment information, create work orders, and ensure seamless follow-through from initial contact to final delivery.

Client Overview

Our client is a growing US-based portable storage and moving company specializing in local business-to-business services. They serve construction sites, restoration projects, and job sites while expanding into the local DIY and moving markets. Their business model focuses on delivering portable storage boxes locally with strong customer relationships at the core.

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Convert a minimum of 25 percent of inbound sales leads from Google and local service ads into confirmed orders
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers during business hours and occasional after-hours inquiries
- Build and maintain customer relationships from initial contact through order fulfillment and follow-up service
- Collect credit card information and input payment details accurately into work orders
- Schedule and coordinate portable storage box deliveries, moves, and pickups based on customer needs
- Handle customer service requests including order modifications and maintenance scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity
- Respond promptly to lead inquiries to maximize conversion rates
- Occasionally work additional hours to capture late-day leads and maximize sales opportunities

Requirements





- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding conversion targets
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Comfortable handling inbound sales calls and converting warm leads
- Experience collecting payment information and processing orders accurately
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during Eastern Time business hours

Qualifications

- Experience in the moving, storage, or logistics industry is a plus
- Experience working with business-to-business sales models is preferred
- Comfortable occasionally extending work hours to capture high-value evening leads
- Experience using work order or CRM systems is preferred
