ABOUT THE ROLE

We are an early-stage AI startup helping major US businesses unlock real value through automation, AI education, and high-impact custom solutions. We are building from the ground up and moving fast.

Prospects, advisors, and content opportunities are piling up — and every one of them is a chance to grow the company or lose momentum. This role exists to be the Founder's right hand: turning rough ideas into polished executive communications, keeping growth projects moving, and setting up the tools and systems the company will run on.

This is not a traditional coordinator or assistant role. You won't be managing calendars or booking flights. You will be drafting emails to CEOs, building pitch decks, writing LinkedIn content, and implementing the software that runs the business. If you want a seat next to a founder and the chance to grow into a leadership role as the company scales, this is it.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Executive Communications & Content (about 40%)

- Draft client-ready emails, proposals, and outreach to C-suite executives and business owners — polished enough to send without edits.
- Ghostwrite the Founder's LinkedIn content: posts, short-form videos, thought leadership.
- Turn rough voice notes, bullet points, or quick calls into clean, on-brand written output.
- Build and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral.

Growth & Sales Support (about 35%)
- Respond to inbound leads, referrals, and advisor introductions the same business day.
- Prepare pre-meeting briefs: who the prospect is, what they care about, what to pitch.
- Keep the CRM clean and current: stages, next steps, follow-ups.
- Help convert client wins into case studies and testimonials.

Operations & Tech Implementation (about 25%)
- Set up and own the tools the company runs on: CRM, email marketing, project management, automations.




- Learn new software quickly and implement it end-to-end — not just use it, but configure it, connect it, and make it work for the team.
- Document processes as the company builds them so nothing gets lost.
- Flag inefficiencies and propose better ways to do things.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

- 100% of inbound leads responded to the same business day.
- Executive written output (emails, posts, decks) ships on time and requires minimal edits.
- At least one new tool or workflow implemented per month that saves the team real time.
- CRM, content calendar, and project tracker always current and trusted.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years in a role that required polished written communication with US executives or clients — consulting, agency account management, B2B sales/marketing coordination, or similar.
- Proficient English level (B2-C2)
- Nice to have: Proven ability to learn and implement new software. Point to at least one tool you taught yourself in the last 6–12 months and set up from scratch — not just used, but configured and integrated into a workflow.
- Confident, daily use of AI tools to accelerate your work: writing, research, design, automation.
- Independent judgment. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and move.
- Comfort working directly with a founder — giving opinions, taking feedback without ego, and operating in ambiguity.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Monthly compensation of $45,000MX gross (salario bruto)
- Year-end bonus (aguinaldo): 30 days.
- Savings fund: 10% (capped at 1.3 UMAM).
- Grocery vouchers: 10% of base salary (capped at $1,302.84 MXN).
- Life insurance: Coverage of $200,000 MXN.
- Individual Major Medical Expenses Insurance
