Your Role Identify customer needs over the phone to determine and offer appropriate solutions
Utilize sales techniques to effectively persuade clients to acquire firm services
Build lasting relationships through consistent, secure, and thoughtful customer service
What You Need Native Spanish speaker with conversational English skills
Full-time availability for assigned shifts
Results-oriented attitude with a strong focus on teamwork
Visible Gross Monthly Salary: $15,000.00 MXN
What You’ll Get Commissions: $5 USD per appointment set (paid weekly)
Key benefits: $1,000 monthly food vouchers
Time off: 5 PTO days per year
Schedule: 5 days of work and 2 days off (shifts within the 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM window)
