Role: Business Analyst – CPQ / eCommerce
Location: Mexico (Remote)
Job Type: Contract
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of Business Analysis experience on enterprise applications
- 2+ years of CPQ or eCommerce experience
- Experience with quote-to-cash/order-to-cash processes
- Pricing, discounting, product configuration and approval workflows
- User stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- Agile/Scrum with Jira, Rally or Azure DevOps
- Confluence documentation
- SQL for data analysis and validation
- Requirement gathering, workshops, gap analysis and impact analysis
- UAT coordination and business stakeholder management
Mandatory:
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot or equivalent AI assistants for requirement analysis, documentation and productivity in real project work
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work effectively with integral/distributed teams
Good to Have:
- REST APIs / Swagger / OpenAPI
- ERP/CRM integrations such as Oracle EBS or Salesforce
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSPO or SAFe certification
- B2B high-tech or networking product sales experience
